National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) recruitment-2020:

National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has released a notification for the recruitment of 266 various academic positions under direct recruitment through interview for its constituent units all over India.

1. Professor
No of posts: 38

Pay: Academic level 14 with rationalized entry pay of Rs. 1,44,200/- (Pre-revised scale of pay:  Rs.37, 400-67,000 with AGP-10,000).

2. Associate Professor
No of posts: 83

Pay: Academic level 13A with rationalized entry pay of Rs. 1,31,400/- (Pre-revised scale of pay: Rs.37, 400-67,000 with AGP-9,000).

3. Assistant Professor
No of posts: 142

Pay: Academic level 10 with rationalized entry pay of Rs.57,700/- (Pre-revised scale of pay: Rs.15,600-39,100 with AGP-6,000).

4. Librarian
No of posts: 1

Pay: Academic level 14 with rationalized entry pay of Rs. 1,44,200/- (Pre-revised scale of pay: Rs.37,400-67,000 with AGP-10,000).

5. Assistant Librarian
No of posts: 2

Pay: Academic level 10 with rationalized entry pay of Rs.57,700/- (Pre-revised scale of pay: Rs.15, 600-39,100 with AGP-6,000).

Essential Qualification:

1. Professor: MA/M.Sc.+PhD in concerned subject/s.
2. Associate Professor: M.Ed./MA/M.Sc.+PhD in concerned subject/s.
3. Assistant Professor: M.Ed./MA/M.Sc.+NET in concerned subject/s.
4. Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science+ 10 years of experience
5. Assistant Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science

Application Fee: Applicants {UR (Male)/OBC (Male)/EWS (Male)}are required to pay a fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) through online payment mode. No other mode of payment will be accepted. No application fee for SC/ST/PWD/Women.
